Welcome to Mentoro. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mentoro’s website, platform, courses, and related services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
Mentoro / We / Us / Our: The entity operating the platform.
You / User / Learner: The individual or entity using Mentoro’s Services.
Content / Course Materials: All learning materials, videos, quizzes, documents, templates, and related content delivered as part of a course.
Account: Your registered user account on our platform.
2. Eligibility & Account

4. Enrollment, Payment & Refunds
Course prices are as listed at the time of purchase. We may change prices, but price changes do not affect already purchased courses.
Payment methods accepted include [list: credit card, UPI, etc.].
Once purchased, access is granted to you immediately (or on course start date, where applicable).
Refunds: You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded more than [X%] of the course content. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated case by case.
In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your course.
5. Course Access & Duration
Once enrolled, you will have lifetime access to the course materials (unless otherwise specified).
We may update, remove, or add content to a course over time. You’ll receive all updates at no extra cost.
We reserve the right to discontinue any course or feature, with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Assessments, Certificates & Grades
Some courses include quizzes, assignments, or projects (“Assessments”) to help you track progress.
Passing or completing assessments does not guarantee any employment or certification beyond what Mentoro provides.
Mentoro will issue a certificate of completion for courses when you meet criteria. Certificates are digital and subject to policies at our discretion.
7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation
Upload content that violates copyright, privacy, or is harmful/offensive
Hack, probe, or test the platform’s vulnerabilities
Spam, harass, or defame other users
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties (express or implied) about accuracy or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mentoro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of use of the platform.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Mentoro (and its officers, employees, partners) harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of intellectual property rights.
10. Changes to Terms & Suspension
Mentoro may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the site with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account or courses if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
